With more than 30 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services, Fire Service, Crisis Response, and Public Safety, Todd has dedicated his career to protecting lives through compassionate leadership, clinical excellence, and operational innovation.
Throughout his career, Todd has led emergency response teams, developed specialized medical transportation programs, and built strong partnerships with hospitals, behavioral health providers, and community organizations across Arizona. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding access to safe, reliable, and patient-centered transportation services for individuals experiencing medical and behavioral health crises.
