Susana Ryker serves as Vice President of Emergency Protection Services (EPS), where she leads administrative operations, organizational development, and community outreach initiatives. Her work is centered on building strong relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health organizations, and community partners while ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, professional, and respectful care.

With a strong commitment to service and advocacy, Susana has helped develop programs that expand access to Behavioral Health Transportation and Crisis Response services throughout Arizona. She believes that healthcare extends beyond transportation—it is about restoring dignity, providing hope, and supporting individuals during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
